Pravila refundacije

Vrijedi pravilo povrata u roku od 30 dana, što znači da možete zatražiti povrat u roku od 30 dana nakon primitka artikla.

Da bi se ispunili potrebni uvjeti za povrat, artikl koji vraćate mora biti u istom stanju u kojem ste ga dobili, nenošen ili netrošen, s etiketama i u originalnom pakiranju. Isto tako, potreban vam je dokaz o kupnji.

Ako želite pokrenuti postupak povrata, javite nam se na adresu office@unalux.hr. Napominjemo da se svi povrati moraju slati na sljedeću adresu: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

Ako vaš povrat bude prihvaćen, dobit ćete naljepnicu za povrat pošiljke i upute kako i gdje poslati paket. Nećemo prihvatiti povrat artikala za koje prethodno niste poslali zahtjev za povrat.

Ako imate bilo kakvih pitanja u vezi s povratom, slobodno nam se javite na adresu office@unalux.hr.

Oštećenja i problemi
Pregledajte narudžbu kad zaprimite paket i odmah nam se javite ako je artikl neispravan, oštećen ili ako ste dobili pogrešan artikl, a kako bismo mogli utvrditi u čemu je problem i otkloniti ga.

Iznimke / artikli koji se ne mogu vratiti
Neke se vrste artikala ne mogu vraćati, primjerice kvarljiva roba (hrana, cvijeće ili biljke), proizvodi izrađeni po narudžbi ili mjeri (primjerice po posebnoj narudžbi ili personalizirani) te proizvodi za osobnu njegu (primjerice kozmetički proizvodi). Također, ne prihvaćamo povrat opasnih materijala, zapaljivih tekućina i plinova. Ako imate nekih pitanja ili nedoumica u vezi s nekim artiklom, slobodno nam se javite.

Nažalost, ne prihvaćamo povrat artikala s rasprodaje ni poklon-kartica.

Zamjene
Najbrži način da osigurate da dobijete što želite jest da pošaljete zahtjev za povrat artikla koji ste dobili i zatim, nakon što zahtjev bude prihvaćen, napravite novu transakciju i kupite novi artikl.

Razdoblje prava odbijanja od 14 dana za Europsku uniju
Unatoč gore navedenom, ako se roba otprema u neku od zemalja Europske unije, imate pravo otkazati ili zatražiti povrat za narudžbu u roku od 14 dana bez posebnog razloga ili opravdanja. Kao što je gore navedeno, artikl mora biti u istom stanju u kojem ste ga dobili, nenošen ili netrošen, s etiketama i u originalnom pakiranju.

Povrati
Povrati Obavijestit ćemo vas čim pregledamo vraćenu robu i javit ćemo vam je li vam povrat odobren ili ne. Ako je odobren, automatski ćemo vam vratiti novac na izvorni način plaćanja u roku od 10 radnih dana. Napominjemo da je potrebno neko vrijeme da vaša banka ili kartična kuća obradi povrat i da on postane dostupan na vašem računu.
Ako vam iznos ne bude dostupan više od 15 dana nakon što vam odobrimo povrat, javite nam se na adresu office@unalux.hr.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
